She understands my potential and pushes me more than what I thought I can achieve. Undergoing the training with her has improved my physical health in terms of strength and stamina. The training programme catered to my fitness level and fitness goals set at beginning of the programme. This allowed me to build up the intensity of my workouts at a comfortable but still challenging pace. I love that the training program targets a diverse number of problem areas that I have. I was very nervous to start my training journey but I instantly was able to relax around her. Nonetheless, she really pushed me to do things that I never thought I had the strength to do. I am now confident that I am able to do my own training at a gym alone.

Ais is patient when coaching my wife and me.
She is encouraging and pays attention to the little details that turn out to be not so little after all. My sleep has improved. I enjoy food much more than before. It is an empowering feeling to understand the ways of tracking food. I am now equipped with the knowledge to enjoy tasty, nutrient-rich meals while becoming healthier and leaner. I feel sharper, more confident, and am able to communicate more effectively with everyone I cross paths with, be it in a professional or personal setting.

I am happy that I had found my Personal Trainer Ais and have been training under her for almost a year now. Ais is patient and always ready to listen. She ensures that I achieve the best and is always encouraging and assuring that I will benefit from her personal coaching. She is always positive and engaging. I also like that the gym is located centrally, so I do not need to spend too much time travelling to the gym after work. I have done strength training, outdoor run and stretching with Coach Ais, and have recently attempted boxing too. It didn't take me very long to see the results - my muscles were toned and my dresses fit me better. I had never imagined that I would even be able to lift any weights or even stepped into a gym, but now, I can handle most of them with the professional training by Coach Ais. I have recommend her to my colleagues and friends because Coach Ais' is professional, sincere, and her positive vibes and personality is evidence that you will benefit from every training by her.

My sessions with Ais are always something I look forward to, even after a long day at work. They are consistently engaging with various variations, and her program is always tailored to my fitness level. The sessions are never boring because she frequently introduces new workouts too. I admire how innovative she is with the resources and facilities available to her. Ais stands out from other trainers because she genuinely cares. Her satisfaction comes from seeing her clients' confidence grow, and our ability to work out independently in the gym. After 6 months of having Ais as my personal trainer, I can confidently say that I am capable of working out in the gym on my own. However, I continue my sessions with Ais because she consistently challenges me with workouts that I sometimes avoid or wouldn't normally do when I'm at the gym alone. The experience of having Ais as my personal trainer is incredibly valuable, and it's worth every penny.

The training programme with Ais is what I had in mind when I signed up with her. I aim to sweat and be consistent with my healthy lifestyle. Ais has the technical knowledge and keep upgrading her skills that benefit her clients like me. She studies my progression and can pace the training so that my body can manage yet push me to the limit that I feel changes in my body. I was able to do exercises I couldn't initially do in the correct form.
